A free version for designing forging sequences with data from a pre-defined database. Basic tools for creating forging procedures using a basic database of machines, materials and ingots.
With the premium version, users can populate the databases and export projects to CAE systems. It enables users to exploit the full capabilities of CatForge software for developing tailored forging sequences for their equipment. The primary output has the form of a text description of the forging sequence and can be modified to meet user requirements. Eventually, the data may be exported to input specifications for numerical modelling to verify the newly-designed sequence.
Fully-customized version for online control of processes in the forge shop. The tool is installed on customer servers and contains not only the full version of the CatForge computational software but also the iLis interface for communication with customer forging equipment. The databases of CatForge software are fully populated and adapted to user requirements.
